Oncely Privacy Policy

Oncely is built so that we cannot see your data. This policy is short because there is very little to disclose.

Your data stays on your phone

Everything you enter in Oncely — subscriptions, prices, categories, notes, reminders, savings — is stored in a local database inside the app on your device. Oncely has no server, no account system, and no login. We never receive, store, or process the contents of your tracker.

No bank connections

Oncely never asks for, and cannot access, your bank accounts, cards, or financial institutions. You enter your subscriptions yourself.

No analytics, no ads, no tracking

Oncely contains no advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no trackers. We do not collect usage data.

Purchases

Oncely offers a one-time purchase, processed by Apple. To validate purchases and support the Restore Purchases feature, the app uses RevenueCat, which receives purchase information (such as the transaction and a randomly generated anonymous app identifier). This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or identity, and none of your tracker data is ever sent to RevenueCat. See the RevenueCat privacy policy.

Notifications

Renewal and trial reminders are local notifications, scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. They require your permission, which you can withdraw at any time in iOS Settings.

Export

You can export your data (CSV or JSON) at any time. Exports are created on your device and go only where you choose to send them.

Deleting your data

Delete the app and your data is gone. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is nothing further to request from us.

Children

Oncely is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
