A reminder didn't arrive

Reminders are local notifications, so iOS must allow them: check Settings → Notifications → Oncely, and make sure Focus modes aren't silencing the app. Opening Oncely refreshes all scheduled reminders.

Restoring your purchase

On a new phone or after reinstalling, open Settings inside Oncely and tap Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account you bought with. The unlock is a one-time purchase and never expires.

Moving to a new phone

Your data transfers with your normal iPhone migration or iCloud device backup, because it lives inside the app. You can also export a CSV or JSON copy from Settings at any time for safekeeping.

Why is there no bank sync?

On purpose. Oncely never touches your bank, which is why it can promise your data stays on your phone. You enter what you pay; Oncely remembers, totals, and warns you.
